Terms of Service

1. Service

GửiLẹ (guile.vn) is an ephemeral sharing platform. Messages are encrypted AES-256-GCM and permanently deleted after TTL expiry or first read (burn-after-read). No account registration required.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use this service to share:

• Content violating Vietnamese law (Cybersecurity Law 2018).
• Malware, phishing, or fraudulent content.
• Content infringing third-party privacy or intellectual property.
• Pornographic, violent, or hate-inciting material.

3. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you share. GửiLẹ is a technical intermediary and will cooperate with Vietnamese authorities upon valid legal request.

4. Security Notice

This service uses server-side encryption. The server can technically decrypt content when legally required. Do not share state secrets or absolutely confidential information via this service.

5. Limitation of Liability

GửiLẹ is not liable for user-generated content, data loss due to technical failures, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Disputes will be resolved in competent Vietnamese courts.
